What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Execute: Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure flawless field coordination.

  • Client Partnership: Serve as the primary point-of-contact—providing status updates, addressing concerns, and building trust.

  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (estimators, engineers, field crews) to hit milestones safely and on schedule.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks early, implement mitigation strategies, and keep projects on track.

  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of mechanical construction project management (HVAC/process piping preferred)

  • Proven track record delivering projects on time, on budget, and with zero compromise on safety

  • Strong communicator—comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and motivating field teams

  • Proficiency with PM tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and a knack for data-driven decision-making

  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
