Electrical Foreman

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a crew of 6–12 electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality installations, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, organize, and supervise daily work for a team of electricians and mechanics. Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to plan and execute installations. Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide crews. Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and project requirements. Train and mentor team members on tools, equipment, and procedures. Inspect systems, troubleshoot issues, and oversee cable pulling and testing. Manage reports, material requests, and updates using Procore and related software.

Qualifications

5+ years of electrical experience (Lead Electrician preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and NEC requirements. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising crews. Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
