Steven Brown is responsible for leading our team through a data driven talent acquisition approach to reach top quality talent in the construction industry, more specifically construction-tech roles. He received a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business and Sociology from Arizona State University. In just seven years, Steven was able to scale a mid-size electrical contractor from 140 to 500+ employees using research, training and implementation of various technologies that enabled their team to create a remarkable candidate experience.
He also enhanced a performance review system which saved the company millions in productivity and reduced labor costs by delivering actionable data. His insights have been published by SHRM. DisruptHR, Grand Canyon University and CareerArc.
