Steven Brown is responsible for leading our team through a data driven talent acquisition approach to reach top quality talent in the construction industry, more specifically construction-tech roles. He received a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Business and Sociology from Arizona State University. In just seven years, Steven was able to scale a mid-size electrical contractor from 140 to 500+ employees using research, training and implementation of various technologies that enabled their team to create a remarkable candidate experience.
