Job Title: Startup Technician II

Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Startup Technician II to perform start-up, checkout, and testing of newly installed HVAC systems, including RTUs (Rooftop Units), split systems, and air-cooled chillers. This role ensures systems meet performance, safety, and customer standards while representing our company professionally on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and start-up of RTUs, split systems, and air-cooled chillers
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Complete field service reports and documentation accurately
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicle and tools
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Stay current on industry standards and technology

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License & insurable driving record
• EPA certification required
• Journeyman License (City of Phoenix, if applicable)
• Strong HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical documents and schematics
