Project Superintendent (Mfg)

 Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a conducive work environment.
• Demonstrate expertise in general construction, structural steel processes and welding.
• Work independently and collaboratively, with strong blueprint reading skills.
• Monitor and enhance employee productivity through coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate employee time records and submit daily production reports.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review drawings for production feasibility and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Utilize hands-on approach with 90% of time spent on the production floor.

Job Requirements:

• Adaptability to varying heat and noise levels, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
