Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Directly assist customers with HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues and correct mechanical failures.
  • Prioritize safety and model best practices for team members.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers, representing the company positively and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC service experience.
  • Extensive hands-on HVAC service experience.
  • EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration required.
  • Strong technical skills with a customer service focus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to integrity and quality.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, humidity, rain, snow, and wind.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 75 lbs.
  • Use of hands for handling tools and controls is necessary.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels in the work environment.
