Are you passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement? Join Our Client as a Quality Engineer  and take the lead in deploying and enhancing the Product Quality Plan  to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and minimize the Cost of Poor Quality. As a QE, you will own key performance indicators, resolve customer complaints, and drive process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead effective containment, root cause analysis, and prevention strategies to resolve complaints sustainably and cost-effectively.
  • Monitor, collect, and analyze customer data to identify trends, problems, and improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the identification, development, and execution of the PQP using Advanced Quality Planning (AQP).
  • Drive CQI initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in RCCA development and execution, ensuring effectiveness and sustainability.
  •  Develop and maintain Process Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (PFMEA).
  • Serve as a Lead Auditor, evaluating the Quality Management System (QMS) and conducting process audits as needed.
  • Train employees and suppliers on Core Quality Tools, AQP, RCCA, and CQI methodologies.
  • Take proactive actions to address quality challenges through RCCA and CQI processes.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction, with 3+ years in quality assurance, quality control, or auditing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Special Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of AQP/APQP, Core Quality Tools, and RCCA.
  • Expertise in manufacturing or construction processes.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools like Six Sigma, Shainin, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, BIM 360, statistical software, bug reporting tools, and Power BI (preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AISC standards.
